Miss GertrudeMiss Gertrude is a hair salon opening in Fitzroy, early 2012. The hair salon brand, fit out and business practice is intended to be environmentally and socially responsible. Viola was engaged to design the brand, logo, business cards, appointment cards, website and signage. The brand design is genuine, professional and friendly. The logo design incorporates a frame and two dots representing scissor handles. |

How is this green?Miss Gertrude's business cards are printed through a collective printing process by PrintTogether. This economical and resource efficient use of materials saves printing a unique run for each card. In addition, the printing is with vegetable based inks on a 100% post-consumer recycled paper by a printer with an environmental management system. |
