Viola designed a range of publications, including supporter journals, DL brochures, invitations, annual reports and annual expedition guides. Earthwatch’s brand is engaging and friendly with a scientific focus. The organisation uses awe-inspiring photography to connect with its audience.

How is this green?All Earthwatch publications designed by Viola, including its Supporter Journal are printed on environmentally preferable uncoated papers, comprised of 100 per cent post-consumer recycled paper by a printer with an environmental-management system. Vegetable-based inks and efficient sheet sizes were used; toxic processes such as laminates were avoided. |

How is this green?Earthwatch’s annual fundraising dinner invitation was designed in two colours to reduce plates and inks on press. The landscape DL hinge format was designed as a point of difference and set up to maximise the standard press-sheet size and minimise paper wastage. The invitation was printed with vegetable-based inks on 100 per cent post-consumer recycled paper. |
